When the matter was listed for hearing on 13.07.2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 17.07.2023 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Even today also i.e on 17.07.2023, when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.30162 of 2015 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
