This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent herein to register a case based on to the complaint dated 08.06.2015 given to the respondent herein and investigate the matter in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. On a reading of the complaint dated 08.06.2015, it does not disclose the commission of any cognizable offence. Hence the relief as prayed for by the petitioner, in the petition cannot be granted.
