This Review Application has been filed to review the order of this Court dated 12.09.2022 made in W.P.No.22685 of 2022. WMP.No.6443 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 63 days in filing the review application.

2. This Court has gone through the grounds raised in the review application. This Court has passed elaborate orders in the writ petition, dismissing the same on the ground of delay as well as on merits. The learned counsel for the petitioner has not pointed out any ground to review the order of this Court and he wants to reargue the matter afresh under the guise of review, which is impermissible under law. There is no error apparent on the face of the record to review the order of this Court.

3. Hence, WMP.No.6443 of 2023 stands dismissed and consequently, the review application stands dismissed at the SR stage.
