The earlier order of this Court was to take further course of action on

the petitioner's complaint dated 08.10.2019. For non compliance of the said order, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today when the matter was called through Video Conferencing, Mrs.B.Saradha Devi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner's complaint dated 08.10.2019 has been acted upon and a case has been registered in FIR No.1332 of 2020 dated 20.11.2020.

3. In view of the registration of FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.10.2019, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed as 'willful'. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
