Chennai, in Proc.No. B2/4942/2012 dated 08.12.2014, the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.3148 of 2013 dated 23.07.2013 had since been complied with. The same is recorded.

2.In view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court, as stated supra, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Sub Application is also closed.
