Heard Mr.K.C.Karl Marx, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.Narmada Sampath, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent.
2. The respondent has filed an affidavit and also produced the copy of the notification issued by Teachers Recruitment Board dated 12.06.2019. Thus, we find that order and direction has been complied with and the contempt petition stands closed.
3. It is needless to say that if the petitioner/association has any grievance with respect to any clause of the notification, it is well open to them to approach appropriate authority for necessary relief.
4. In the result, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
