This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 09.02.2016 against the named persons in the complaint.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.02.2016, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.29/2016, before the second respondent. 4.

Recording the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
