ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner in Crime No. Not Known of 2014 on the file of the C-2, Elephant Gate Police Station, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that one Manivannan has lodged a complaint with respondent Police against one Nagaraj, in which he has stated that this petitioner, who had introduced the said Nagaraj to him. Under such circumstances, the Police is calling this petitioner for enquiry. The petitioner shall co-operate with the enquiry and in the course of enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the respondent Police.
