(Judgment of the Court was pronounced by T.RAJA, J.) This Appeal Suit has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 05.07.2016 passed in O.S.No.260 of 2013 by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore. 2.

When the matter was called today, learned Counsel on either side jointly submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled out of court. Therefore, recording the same, the present Appeal Suit may be dismissed. 3.
