Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 & 2 / Police to give proper police protection for me from the 3rd respondent and his henchmen for rectifying the damages done to my property including the construction of the compound wall, fixing the name board, constructing a shed and guard room and other miscellaneous works. 1/4

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 / Police to give proper police protection for the petitioner based on the representation / complaint made by the petitioner on 31.10.2023. 2.When the matter came up for hearing on 01.03.2024, this Court passed the following order:- "The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the enquiry was conducted in C.No.678 of 2023 and it was closed on 26.01.2024. 2.On going through the records, it is seen that there is already an order of interim injunction passed in favour of the petitioner and it has also been made absolute. Therefore, the learned Government Advocate shall take instructions as to whether the respondent police took into consideration the order that was passed by the Civil Court before closing the complaint.
3.The learned Government Advocate seeks for some time. Post this case under the same caption on 06.03.2024."
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the 2/4
complaint given by the petitioner will be considered and it will be acted upon by the 2nd respondent.
4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to act upon the complaint given by the petitioner and enquire the same based on the Civil Court order that has been passed and provide police protection to the petitioner.
