O R D E R

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 18.06.2014 made in W.P. No.6141 of 2014 has been violated by the respondents, the petitioner has come up with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, Mr.N.Inbanathan, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 18.06.2014 has been complied with by issuing G.O.(Ms) No.13 Environment and Forests (F.R.2) Department, dated 03.02.2016. Mr.P.Rajesh, the learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the same.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed and the contemnors are discharged.
