This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register FIR and enquire the matter on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 18.6.2015. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 18.6.2015 lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 28.6.2015. 4.
Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
law. The respondent is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
