PRAYER:Appeal against the Judgment and Decree of the Subordinate Court, Tiruchengode, dated 23.02.2010 in A.S.No.29 of 2009 preferred against the Judgment and Decree of the Court of the District Munsif Court, Tiruchengode, in O.S.No.138 of 2001 dated 30.09.2008. Decree:This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on Monday, the Eleventh Day of April, Two Thousand and Twenty Two and upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the judgment and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of the first instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.Shivakumaran, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.N.Manokaran, Advocate for the Respondent and, this case having stood over for consideration till this day, this Court doth order and decree as follows:- 1.That the Judgment and Decree dated 23.02.2010 made in A.S.No.

29 of 2009 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tiruchengode, reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 30.09.2008 in O.S.No.138 of 2001 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruchengode be and hereby is confirmed and this Second Appeal do stands dismissed; 2.
