This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Housing Board to execute the sale deed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that pending writ petition, Sale Deed has been executed on 31.07.2019 in favour of the petitioner.

3. Considering the above said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, the writ petition is closed as no further adjudication is required in this petition. No costs.
