ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.12.2014 and to investigate the same and file final report before the appropriate court in accordance with law within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It appears that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 01.12.2014 by post to the Superintendent of Police. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint in writing to the second respondent, Inspector of Police of concerned jurisdiction and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
