O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 09.09.2009 passed in W.P.No.6854 of 2007.

2. In response to the notice, Mr.V.Veluchamy, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent brought to the notice of this court that the abovesaid order has already been complied with by the respondent and accordingly, proceedings bearing Rc.11490/2007/A1 dated 18.01.2010, was issued. But the petitioner suppressed the said fact and filed the present contempt petition.

3. In the light of the above, this court is convinced that the respondent has already complied with the order dated 09.09.2009 passed in W.P.No.6854 of 2007 and the petitioner has filed this contempt petition by suppressing the said fact.

4. In the light of the above, this contempt petition is dismissed. No costs.
