This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the bond and sureties and to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 09.01.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21753 of 2022.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to execute the sureties and to comply with the conditions, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
