ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the petition in Crl.O.P.No.29414 of 2015, by order dated 11.12.2015, has directed the respondent to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.12.2015 and proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible and during the course of investigation, if the respondent comes to the conclusion that no prima facie case has been made out for registered the complaint, he is directed to pass an appropriate order on the complaint.

2.Alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 11.12.2015, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the respondent is present before this Court. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed a detailed counter on behalf of the respondent, stating that after conducting enquiry, the complaint given by the petitioner was closed as 'mistake of fact'. Thus, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition for adjudication and accordingly, the same is closed.
