This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.3 imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15875 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.NO.22418 of 2024 in Crime No.328 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22418 of 2024 dated 12.09.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.15875 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22418 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024 is relaxed.
