Mr. R.Gokula Krishnan undertakes to file vakalat for R1 in all other petitions.

As far as the other appeals are concerned, the Special Government Pleader undertakes to file a memo to dispense with the other respondents.

Both counsel heard. Counter not filed in the petitions to condone the delay in representing the first appeals.

Considering the reasons for the delay given in the affidavit appended with the petitions, they being acceptable and in the interest of justice, the petitions are ordered.
