ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to speed up the investigation in Crime No.667 of 2012 and to file charge sheet before the concerned Court in a stipulated time.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that on the basis of the complaint given by him as against one M.Balaraman, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.667 of 2012. Though the said complaint was registered as early as in the year 2012, till date, final report was not filed. Hence, the present petition.

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.667 of 2012 pending on his file and file a final report, if not already filed, as expeditiously as possible, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
