For Petitioner : Mr.G.Vikash Anand For Respondents : Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan Additional Government Pleader for R1 to R8 COMMON ORDER When the writ petitions were taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader that insofar as WP.No.10899 of 2025, the survey was not able to be conducted and the petitioner did not submit the necessary documents. That apart, the subject property in Survey Nos.159/1 and 159/2 stands in the name of Poosari Elaiyan, who is the father of the 9th respondent. Therefore, the Tahsildar has come to a conclusion that the names of the petitioner and others cannot be added as joint patta holders. The copy of the proceedings dated 25.4.2025 issued by the Tahsildar was also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.In the light of the above development, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the survey report that has already been served in WP.No.10008 of 2025 and the proceedings dated 25.04.2025 that has been issued by the Tahsildar in WP.10899 of 2025, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Expect giving this liberty no further orders can be passed in these writ petitions. 4 / 6
