ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for their act of willful disobedience of order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28156 of 2017, dated 03.11.2017.

2. Today when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court on 03.11.2017 directing the respondents herein to consider the case of the petitioners regarding the extension of the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.240, Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 22.07.2013 on merits, has been complied with in the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2607/A1/2017, dated 23.01.2018.

3. Since the order of this Court dated 03.11.2007 has been complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed.
