This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.1387 of 2023 dated 23.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 5.30 p.m, until further orders.
