This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice in the morning at 10.30 a.m., and evening at 5.30 p.m., for the period of two months in Crl.O.P.No.1993 of 2023 dated 01.02.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.
