cancellation of allotment ANAI.3/355/03 dated 04.04.2016 relating to the Housing Plot No.1/569, MIG, Manali Phase - I, vide allotment order No.SSII/MNI/355/93 dated 11.06.1993 and quash the same and consequenlty directing the second respondent to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner regarding the above Housing Plot.

ORDER

When the case was taken up for hearing on 16.09.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the case was directed to be listed on 30.09.2022. Even today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the petitioner to restore the same in case appropriate applications are filed. No costs.
