These petitions are filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the common order dated 10.04.2014 made in M.C.O.P.Nos.219, 225 & 222 of 2012 on the file of the Sub Court, (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Hosur.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitionerTransport Corporation has filed the certified copy of the common award dated 10.04.2014 before this Court in another appeal filed by them viz., C.M.A.SR.74721 of 2014.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered, exempting the petitioner from the production of certified copy of the common judgment and decree dated 10.04.2014 made in M.C.O.P.Nos.219, 225 & 222 of 2012 on the file of the Sub Court, (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Hosur.
