three months and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the appellant is directed to implement the order passed in C.M.A.No.16 of 2017 dated 17.10.2023 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which liberty granted to the respondent to proceed the matter in a manner known to law. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
