ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.01.2026 for the offences punishable under Sections 123 and 286 of BNS in Crime No.47 of 2026, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.
The case of the prosecution is that on 23.01.2026 based on a specific information, the respondent conducted raid at the petitioner's premises
and found that 720 kilograms of banned tobacco products were illegally stored there for the purpose of illegal sales. Hence, this case. 3.The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 06.02.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.2830 of 2026 for the following reasons:

Considering the submissions made on both sides, the nature of offence, huge quantity of contraband involved in this case and taking note of the fact that the banned tobacco products were illegally possessed and stored in the petitioner's premises, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed."
3. Now, the petitioner has filed the present bail application without any change in circumstances, and same is not entertainable, and this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
