ORDER

Mr.Siddharth Bahety, learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the petitioner who is the tenant has handed over the possession of the rented premises to the respondent who is the landlord as early as on 10.02.2018, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondent. Therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

2. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
