O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to survey the subject property based on the application submitted by the petitioner on 24.10.2024 and the subsequent representation dated 04.12.2024.

2. Heard Ms.S.Harshitha, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. The petitioner is claiming right over the subject property on the ground that it was inherited by the petitioner and patta was also issued in favour of the petitioner in Patta No.626. The petitioner wanted a survey to be conducted in the subject property for demarcation of boundaries. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on 24.10.2024 and to conduct the survey in the subject property based on the patta issued in the name of the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any rival claims, such survey shall be conducted in their presence.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
