Order (Order of the Court was made by R.Suresh Kumar J.) This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 21.12.2023 made in W.P.No.1354 of 2018.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, Mr.Venkataswamy Babu, learned Senior Panel Counsel for the respondents has filed a status report on behalf of the respondents, where it has been stated that the orders of this Court has been complied with by following the procedural formalities and the amount payable to the writ petitioner has been disbursed on 29.12.2025.

3. In view of the said compliance having been made by the respondents in complying the orders of this Court dated 21.12.2023 made in W.P.No.1354 of 2018, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Hence, recording the statement of the learned counsel for the respondents, this contempt petition is closed.
