By order dated 12.02.2016 in W.P.No.5229 of 2015, this Court directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders within four weeks. 2.When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the respondent had disposed of the representations by passing
an order on 02.03.2018. The respondent also filed a counter stating that the petitioner's representations were considered and the result was communicated by letter dated 02.03.2018.
3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I do not find any reason to keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the order passed by the respondent, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
