SATHYANARAYANAN, J., and A.A.NAKKIRAN, J, [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] (Through Video Conferencing) Mr.M.Santhanaraman, learned counsel for the auction purchaser would submit that in the auction, he became the successful bidder and in the light of the subsistence of interim order, the possession has not been handed over and hence, prays for impleadment.

This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsels appearing for respondents and satisfied with the reasons/averments.

Hence, this petition is ordered.
