This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to Crime No.384/10 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same as far as the petitioner is concerned.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the learned counsel for the de facto complainant.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.384 of 2010 has been completed and Final Report has been filed in C.C.No.14 of 2011 before the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.
