Against the 4th respondent and his police subordinates viz., 1) Mr.Ravi, 2) Mr.Muthukumar, 3)Mr.Kumar 4)Mrs.Raji and few others of SSI patrol, Pudukottai District, who were on duty on 05.12.2012 at about 9.45 p.m. and to investigate and frame charges against them.
