This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police to de-freeze the Bank Account of the petitioners. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.It is seen from the records that the entire proceedings in C.C.No.857 of 2022 on the file of the learned CCB and CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, has been quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10833 of 2023 by order dated 10.04.2023. In view of the same, the freezing of the bank account of the petitioners cannot continue. Hence, there shall be a direction to the respondent to immediately de-freeze the Bank Account of the petitioners. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
