Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent Police submitted that the case was originally registered by the Inspector of Police, Singanallur Police Station, Coimbatore District and now it has been transferred to the file of the Inspector of Police, Sulur Police Station, Coimbatore District.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition for impleading the correct respondents with Crime Number without back papers.
