When the matter was taken up for hearing on 08.03.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.4148 of 2023, wherein, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as non refundable deposit to the Tamilnadu Advocate Clerk Association, Chennai. He further submitted that suppressing the same, the present petition has been filed by different counsel. Therefore, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption for dismissal on today i.e., 10.03.2023.
2.Even today, i.e., on 10.03.2023, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through his counsel.
