Vs P.K.KALIYAPPAN [ RESPONDENT IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] S/O. KULLAPPA GOUNDER, PERISA GOUNDEM PATTI VILLAGE, KAMBAINALLOR POST, HARUR TALUK, DHARMAPURI DISTRICT.

Petition under Article 227 of the constitution of India Act against the Fair order and Decreetal order dated 17/06/2017 passed in I.A.No.395/2016 in I.A. No. 392/2014 in O.S. No. 210/2011 on the file of District Munsiff Court Harur IN CRP.NPD.No.1660 of 2018 AND;

(II)Pass an order of interim stay of all further proceeding in E.P.NO.4/2015 IN O.S.NO.210 OF 2011 on the file of District Munsiff Court Harur on the file of District Munsiff Court (in CMP.NO.9031 OF 2018) pending disposal of the above in CRP.NPD.No.1660 of 2018 respectively.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions the court made the following order:- By consent of both parties, the matter is referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court.
