2. Heard Mr.A.Arikrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in paragraph Nos.5 and 6 of the order, instead of typing Subordinate Court, Tirupattur, it has been typed as II Additional District and Sessions Court, Vellore @ Tirupattur.

4. Accordingly, in paragraphs 6 and 7 of the order, dated 17/11/2022, instead of II Additional District and Sessions Court, Vellore @ Tirupattur, it should be read as Subordinate Court, Tirupattur. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page No:1/2
