For Petitioner :: Mr.J.Stalin For Respondents :: Mr.C.Emalias Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed praying to modify the orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi in Crl.MP.No.1416/2016 in Crime No.781 of 2012; Crl.MP.No.1414/2016 in Crime No.281 of 2012; Crl.MP.No.696/2013 in Crime No.330 of 2012;

Crl.MP.No.1417/2016 in Crime No.203 of 2014 and Crl.MP.No.3375/2013 in Crime No.289 of 2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that there are five cases against this petitioner for the offence under Section 392 IPC and that he had also absconded in the meantime. With great difficulty, the police have re-arrested him. The trial Court has granted bail to the petitioner, on condition that he should furnish a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, who should be blood relatives. It is the case of the petitioner that he has no blood relatives.

4. Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations and number of cases against the petitioner, this

Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Avinashi.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that final report has been filed in all the cases.

6. In view of the above, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall co-operate with the trial and examine his witnesses on the day they are examined as chief, as held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in Vinod Kumar Vs. State of Punjab [2015 (1 Scale) 542].

With the above directions, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
