Prayer : Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records of the learned Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial Cases under NDPS Act at Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.8469 of 2023, dated 04.01.2024 and to set aside the same and further consequently direct the learned Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial Cases under NDPS Act at Chennai to grant interim custody of the vehicle, Royal Enfield Bullet Black in colour Motorcycle, bearing Registration No.U3S5C2KK651931, which seized by the S-5 Pallavaram Police Station.

ORDER
This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the order dated 04.01.2024 passed by the learned Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial Cases under NDPS Act at Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.8469 of 2023 and to consequently direct the learned Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial Cases under NDPS Act at Chennai to grant interim custody of the vehicle, Royal Enfield Bullet Black in colour Motorcycle, bearing Registration No.U3S5C2KK651931, which seized by the S-5 Pallavaram Police Station.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn 2/4
with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
