Respondents (3 to 70 are given up) Prayer: Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for expeditious disposal of interim application I.A.No.459 of 2016 in O.S.No.154 of 2010 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tambaram.

The Civil Revision Petitioners have come up before this Court for expeditious disposal of I.A.No. 459 of 2016 in O.S.No.154 of 2010 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tambaram within a limited period.
2.The petitioners have filed the original sale deed and marked it as Ex.P1 and wanted to substitute the same with certified copies of the document. This Court has found that the document was misplaced in the Court records.
3.Therefore, they filed an application in I.A.No.459 of 2016 to re-construct the original sale deed dated 03.04.1987 by placing the certified copies of the document. The said application is pending till date.
4.Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into the merits of the petition, a direction is issued to the Subordinate Judge, Tambaram to dispose of the application in I.A.No.459 of 2016 in O.S.No.154 of 2010, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
