The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent produced a copy of the proceedings in O.P.No.3487 of 2016, dated 03.10.2016, dissolving the marriage between the parties by a decree of divorce.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that, in view of the memorandum filed by the respondent, more particularly, para Nos.4 to 6, nothing survives for adjudication in these Civil Revision Petitions. The learned counsel for the petitioner made endorsements to the said effect.

In view of the endorsements made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
