2009 and consequently, direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Forest Guard in the panel drawn for the year 2002 - 2003 in the appropriate place and further direct the respondents to further promote the petitioner to the post of Forest Guard with all consequential service and monetary benefits so as to enable the petitioner to get further promotion to the post of Forester.
