Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records connected with the proceedings issued in Ref:27/2016/A3 dated Nil.01.2016 passed by the Respondent herein and quash the same and consequently to direct the Respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with all attendant benefits.

The order of suspension dated 07.01.2016 is under challenge in this writ petition.

2.However, on a perusal of the order of suspension, the writ petitioner was placed under suspension on registration of a criminal case by the Department of Vigilance and Anti Corruption in Crime No.1/2016/AC/TPR dated 07.01.2016. The writ petitioner is under suspension for about 1 1⁄2 years and the suspension order is yet to be reviewed by the authorities. In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted a representation on 23.03.2016 to the respondent.

3.Without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 23.03.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
