COMMON ORDER In all these three cases, the petitioners have sought for awarding ex-gratia payment in accordance with cadre and service conditions by treating the petitioners on par with the members of ex-employees association. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced the order of the Division Bench in WP.No.30361 of 2025 dated 13.8.2025.
