This writ petition has been filed to quash the orders dated 18/12/2019 and 31/12/2019 passed by the first respondent in G.O.(2D) No.361 and in G.O.(2D) No.374 respectively.
2. Heard Ms.Thenmozhi Shivaperumal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.U.Dinesh Rajkumar, Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that petitioner has been retired from service. Moreover, vigilance case is pending against the petitioner. Before the outcome of the same, no order can be passed.

4. The prayer of the petitioner is to revoke the suspension. Now, the petitioner has been retired from service. In such a view of the matter, prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. No costs. 8/1/2025 mvs.
