This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28311 of 2023 dated 19.12.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal side).

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to continue to appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.00 a.m., for a further period of three weeks and thereafter, the condition imposed on the petitioner stands relaxed.
